Love is something that I wish EVERYONE could experience in the way that i have. I have been blessed with the best husband any girl could pray for!
We have been married now for 24yrs and everyday i wake, i thank God for all i have and especially who I am married to! To hold his hand in the car everytime we ride together, still fills me with joy! the touch of his lips on mine, puts butterflies in my stomach. To close my eyes and recount the private moments we shared behind closed doors and feel the wave of pleasure course through me again in a breif second...who else can claim this? I would hope that every married couple could! whether you have been married 1yr,or 50yr! the "agape" love that is meant for marriage holds SO MUCH MORE than you expect. you only need to open yourself up to it. But the secret is to put God in the middle of it all! to appreciate your spouse,to celebrate them in a way no one else should! or could. Marriage is not easy,dont get me wrong..its work! but its GOOD WORK and worth it all! to bare your heart to another in the form of communication and physical touch,baring your very soul...its risky...but the reward is priceless! Dont go into marriage with the thought that if it doesnt work out you get a div..... I cant even say it. It does not exist in my dictionary. never has. We promised each other before "I DO" that that word would never be spoken in our conversations..it would never be an option for us.ever. Im not a marriage counselor, but I have been thru enough and have been married long enough and im still extremely happy and satisfied in my marriage to spout off here. why this topic today? IDK,i just felt like it.
